creek2.jpgThe Governing Board took action at its March 8th meeting. Prior to the meeting Boardmembers, SNC Staff and the public took part in a tour of the Lazy Y Ranch to view sustainable landscapes and heard from several presenters. Presenters included ranch owner Darrell Wood, The Nature Conservancy, US Fish & Wildlife Service, and Mill Creek Conservancy.

ranch3.jpgAfter the tour a public reception, sponsored by Friends of the Sierra and Mill Creek Conservancy was held to give Boardmembers and staff an opportunity to meet local officials and other members of the public. We want to thank the City of Red Bluff and Tehama County for their hospitality and helping us with another successful tour and meeting.
